The people of Innsmouth had always been drawn to the sea. The elders whispered that an ancient sea god, Dagon, had sent his Deep Ones to interbred with humans.
Bobby had never truly believed until he fell overboard. As the sea enveloped him a wave of burning change swept his body.
His legs melted and reformed; the once suffocating water suddenly provided life to his new gills. He flipped his tail and dove deep to embrace his new existence.
